The Restaurants
The first Risotteria Melotti was opened in Isola della Scala, Verona in 2002, a few steps from the family farm. The second Risotteria was opened in June 2013 in Manhattan, New York, in the famous and trendy EAST VILLAGE district, the third in the heart of Rome, a stone's throw from Piazza Navona in 2017. Risotteria Melotti in Florence is the fourth Risotteria of the Melotti family, opened in 2021 and followed by the fifth Risotteria in Milan, April 2024.
The Melotti family is oriented to open many identical restaurants all over the world.
